Paid plans include a monthly allowance, and you can buy credit packs any time. Always-on intelligence — monitoring, benchmarks, trends, alerts and recommendations — doesn't consume credits.
Monthly plan allowances reset at the start of each billing cycle. Purchased credit packs don't expire while your account is active — they sit on top of your allowance and are drawn down after it.
No. Every post passes through a human approval gate. Autopilot can draft and queue on its own, but auto-publishing is off by default and only activates if you explicitly enable it per workspace and platform — with a clear warning, and every action audit-logged.
On the Agency plan, each client gets an isolated workspace with its own connected accounts, competitors, benchmarks, approvals and reports. Data never mixes between workspaces, and you can run bulk actions across your roster from one console.
Your data stays yours. If you downgrade, quotas and features adjust at the end of your billing period and history is retained up to your new plan's window. If you cancel, you keep access until the period ends and can export your data before or after.
